$30, everything buttery smooth, weighs at least 60 pounds if not more. Seems like she was given a new coat of paint, the blue is covering up the hammered light pastel blue finish (you can see it still in some areas). Handle is straight as an arrow, and the jaw inserts are remarkably not marked or damaged at all.
Model is a 92, jaws are 4.5" wide, and open to about 8" (probably close to 9" as the model number suggests).
Need to find my battery charger for electrolysis, but I think I may just leave it as is. Hell, I flipped it upside down and discovered that the leadscrew is as fresh as it was from the factory, no rust. Previous owner kept it lightly oiled and maintained for sure. Even the base is relatively rust free!
