Need some how to steps to seal my already used and stained garage floor. Floor is about 3 years old, I don't think my crete guy ever sealed it, I was in a hurry to get wrenching in it and really didn't care at the time.
The floor has some staining which doesn't bother me, I just want to get it somewhat clean and then coat it so it looks a little shiny and repels additional staining.
Do I rent a floor scrubber or should I light sand it so the sealer etches.
Also, what are the best products to use. I would like to support any suppliers that frequent this site if they're stuff is good.
