My SnapOn guys sales powers are so strong that he coerced me to buy a socket set on sale from him. What *****, is that I had already bought the same set from him a month before and forgot.

When I went to put it in the box I realized I already had it. I am officailly stupid now. :eyecrazy:

My Snappy guy is evil - he gave me a freebie prybar (9" Bluepoint "close quarters") and I turned around the next week and bought the other 2 sizes.

Okay, he's not really evil - he just pays attention to our gripes and complaints and presents tools that might make a given job easier.

I buy more tools in my shop, from my dealer than anyone. Came back from lunch one day and he says ive been waiting for you.. thats scary. I owe him 40 bucks which will be paid tomarrow, there are plenty of things i need, but sometimes you have to just walk away, plus 100 bucks a week gets old real fast..

Sometimes you can't say no. I almost always walk out with something but always pay cash and get a discount for it!

The SO guy is there to remind you of what you need. He's there to save you from the frustration of having to do a job without the right tool. He is your best friend.

Is there a Zombie icon somewhere to post with this thread?
