What's the torque specs? What they show on the site doesn't make sense... 20-150ft-lbs for the 1/2", 25-250ft-lbs for the 3/8". Also, where are these made?

Should be 20-150 INCH/lb for t he 3/8th

guys check the reviews on this one... not good at all.
Either the locking ring broke or they tried to build an engine. I vote user errors. Granted, I have some Matcos I use on good stuff, but a lug torquer for $40 with a one year warranty doesn't sound bad.

this is not the older "micro-torq" torque wrench, which had a bad plastic lock ring too, but it was black. at least that one, (which i have) seem to break after the warranty is over. this one, with the red lock ring, seems to break down really quick. after owning the "micro-torq" ones for many years, I was never a fan and quite disappointed even though they were made in USA. the reviews on the "red lock ring" ones seem even worse, and are no longer made in USA... if that's what I'm getting, I'd rather spend half the $40 on a Harbor Freight torque wrench which is all metal, made in Taiwan, and according to many accounts actually quite accurate.

No, actually, I would say the HFT torque wrench is probably higher quality at a lower price compared to this.
