Some of you may recall a tornado wiped out my powder coating shop last April. I've been a little busy in the meantime :bounce: getting things back in order so kindly excuse my absence. I've missed ya'll!

The shop now has four walls again (always a bonus), a new roof, state-of-the-art bubble insulation that's made a world of difference this summer -- very appreciated with a 7-foot oven on site lol -- and even some new equipment including a 5-foot blast cabinet and dust reclaimer that I've needed for years.

I want you all to know that the members of this site had serious input into the new shop configuration and several of the improvements made along the way. Thank you sincerely ... it wouldn't be what it is today without YOU.

I'm still cranking out the custom powder coating and restoration work as usual. If you haven't looked at my website lately, then you're really in for a treat! I'm still doing Mopar parts restorations and custom one-offs as usual, and even gained some international recognition. Wow, PSC's worldwide now!! Woooooooooo!!

In the meantime, I'd be delighted if you'd take a few minutes to check out my new shop Introduction Movie and let me know what you think. So far the feedback has been very favorable (almost 500 YouTube views already) but your comments will go a long way to shaping the final cut. Please remember, I'm a powder coater ... not a movie producer. LOL

If you see your ride or some of your parts, give me a shout out!

Thanks in advance for reading my post and for keeping the fires burnin around here while I was otherwise indisposed. It's been a pretty wild ride lately!!

Hi Leanna, I haven't been on the Abody site much lately, I didn't know you got hit by a tornado, you certainly don't have much luck with natural diasters. Sorry to hear that this happened but happy nobody was hurt (I hope nobody was hurt)

The place looks great as does your video and work. Hope you have a run of good luck and no more setbacks.

You aren't kidding about that first part rj! After Katrina and now this last one, I think Mother Nature has a bull's eye on my back or something. I was out there trying to finish a job when it hit but got lucky where I was standing when the tree fell on the roof and south wall.

Thanks for the other kind words too! It's great to visit with ya again.

Awwwwwww, thank you bgarrett! I love what I do around here :) and appreciate you taking the time to check it out. I hope you're able to devote a few minutes to the new video too. I'd love some more feedback.

Thanks for the re-welcome guys! It's great to be back.

Awesome Dyno Dave, thank you! Great to know you've got my back.

Thanks to you too LSU. I suspect (without a profile peek) that you're from my old stompin grounds down south? :)

Thank you for the compliments! < hugs all around >

I may have to send you my MT valve covers for re-finish. Nice work.

It would be a pleasure Falcon67! I don't get to work on a lot of Ford stuff, but I've done a bunch of Mickeys over the years. What color(s) do you have in mind? Shoot me a PM or an email whenever you're ready -- I'll be around. :D Thanks for checking out my work in the meantime!

Damn girl, thats some fine work you do there. Having a background in gold plating, I've always wanted to try out powder coating, dont think I could ever be that good though. Was that a slant 6 I spotted? It's always good to see somebody push forward after a disaster like that.

Thanks softail!! A lot has changed these last few years ... but I've never stopped looking to the future. That Slanty in the movie belongs to a Valiant owned by one of my regular customers in Arkansas. Not that long after getting his engine bay dreams realized, lightning hit his baby and fried all the wiring. As timing would have it, his replacement valve cover is in line at my shop right now ... I'm not the only one who gets to start over. (I just hope he didn't "catch" it from me LOL!!!!!) I appreciate you checking out the work -- hit me up if I can help out with anything on your bike builds.

Heyyyyyyyyy Thumper!! :D Thanks my friend -- I've missed you. It sucked for a few months but was actually a blessing in disguise with all the improvements along the way during the rebuild ... never would have implemented most of them if it hadn't happened. Hope this finds you well! Keep in touch. < hugs to you and Liz >

Hey DynoDave, I just had to revive this old thread to toss out a quick Thank You. I had my first referral from your site last weekend (that I know of anyway lol), a gentleman from Missouri who is building a custom Magnum for SEMA this fall. He's going with Peeka Blue over Illusion Lite Blue for the tubular suspension he brought me. It should look pretty sweet.

Thanks again for the link! :D
