I used a $50 off $100 coupon at HD. HD is also having some good deals on tools.

Irwin Vise Grip 2 packs are advertised as $9.88, down from $25. They really ring up as $5.

Also got some drill bits, t-handle hex keys, folding hex keys, a strap wrench, and some light bulbs.

Grand total, just over $50. Basically I got 18 Vise Grips for free :)

My HD Coupon buy. Normally $199.99 without the $100 multitool. I was about to regretfully buy just the impact for $139 knowing that the website had this kit but is was marked as "online only". Happened to walk by the new Christmas deals section and sure as **** it was sitting right there with light rays shooting out and everything.

So $150 plus tax and I left a happy camper, If I would have signed up for the HD card I could have got it for $120. Now I need to order all the other m12 tools.

havent taken any pics in the past couple weeks (little busy with our son being born and my parents visiting)but I think this is all of the new arrivals for the past little while. Palmera ratcheting screwdriver was a trade from Jeffmoss, new orange creeper chair seating surface and NOS stanley knives from Ebay and the mini die grinder and pliers came off the snappy truck

I had to get those CM Industrial wrenches, You guys keep antagonizing me with those pics. I am up to 5 regular metric wrench set and 3 sae now. I reality I could have went without them but they are the value buy of the year.

I got the sae standard 14 pc. set in a roll up pouch but went with the 14 pc. metric set without the pouch but it goes 7-21mm (minus the 20mm). It was $8 more but I wanted the more complete set.

$137 otd is a killer deal I would regret if I didn't get them.

Kobalt 1/2 drive Metric Deep set for 19.97, and 7pc flex socket sets for 14.97 each.

We'll see how well it all holds up to daily use on diesel equipment, and the more damning abuse it will get at home.

I feel guilty for buying so much Taiwan lately (Kobalt sockets and a set of Williams Taiwan sockets), and am waiting for my big Channellock haul to show up in the mail to make up for it. While I was buying the Kobalt stuff, I also picked up a 12"x6' piece of shelving for a plier rack to hold all the blue handled glory coming my way.

Uvex Bionic from Ebay. This thing really wraps around the face. To be used in addition to primary eye protection.

I like the look of the Epic, but i'd still take a KRL any day.

Nice stuff man. Enjoy!

i love that box

It took some getting used to. The drawers are so much heavier to open due to their size and the added slam and lock rubber things at the back of the drawers, but the larger drawers are much better for me, all my common go to stuff is all in one place.

It feels strange not having a top box, but this roll cab fits everything with space to spare from my previous overflowing KRA set

It's funny how it works, I've been working out of my KRA for more than ten years and it's been great, I took it home and now I feel like its junk compared to what I have at work now.

i nwas eyeing those in the autobody toolmart catalog...your pics are better. Where from? price if you care to share?

Through Cornwell. $45-ish I think. I'm sure they are cheaper elsewhere.

Those crimpers look pretty handy!! From what I can tell on the website, the one size will crimp all connectors 22 gauge to 10 gauge?

That's what I read too. Haven't tested them yet to see how well they handle smaller sizes.

Sweet looking crimpers, looks about 12-14" long?

Dan

OTC says 9". If the shops open tomorrow I'll take a reference pick next to some common pliers. If they made a smaller set, I'd ****** them up too.

Are you using the "spring clamp on trigger to keep it on" trick?

Yessir!

I had to get one of these setups....So compact and perfect for my itty bitty garage. No more making uneven cuts with a cutting wheel on a angle grinder:thumbup::thumbup::thumbup::thumbup:

I'll update. Some of my recent buys

Screwdrivers.jpg

Picked these up for the house. A few Napa Wittes, some John Deere Wittes and Matco/Napa pocket screwdrivers. All were sale/clearance priced.

Still need a 3/8x8 flat blade but JD and Napa use it, if I can find one still floating around.
