Big craftsman sets

Well after getting Let down on the 520 PC sears outlet craftsman kit with it missing half the parts, I'm looking for a new set to fill my box. I got a full refund and am now looking at the 413 or 540pc sets. I need a set for my new shop building I'm renting so I can keep a complete toolbox at my house and one at my shop. I already have things like impact sockets but I really would just like to get a complete set and not deal with hunting CL because I don't have the time or energy! Anyone here purchased either set and can shed some insight? Would love it if their big socket only set was on sale but it isn't, the 413pc set is more in my price range and looks to be a smarter move being 500.00 less

I got a 371pc set in 07 and it was only missing 1 socket and had 2 of the same size hex bits I called the number and they asked what the part numbers for the missing items were and shipped them to me. I just got the 130pc impact set and same thing missing 2 items they shipped them to my door.

couldn't wait because I needed to get my shop set-up so I can start on my 4runners SAS. Bought the 413pc kit

Craftsman offers (or maybe used to offer) modular sets, I think there were 10 of them with no duplication between sets. About 10 years ago when I wanted an "instant tool set" I bought the largest set Craftsman offered... I think it was 1,500 pieces and included 3/4 drive and impacts. For me this was the only logical choice.

I never liked the big set from anybody. A lot of filler material with a lot of stuff missing. I'd rather buy seprate wrench and socket sets to get what I want. More expensive, possible at least a I don't have a ton of stuff I will never use.
