I have been looking into upgrading my cart. I have looked at the big cornwell, and holy **** thats not a cart thats a toolbox. I haven't seen the KRSC46 in person but it seems to me that it is right on the verge of being more like a tool box instead of a cart. Anybody buy one and regret it because of the size? Wish you had got a KRSC326 instead?

My current cart is a Mac 3-drawer with the split sliding top, its an earlier one so only one side of the sliding top has storage. I have really grown to hate the sliding top and the slides on the drawers and top ****. Plus no lifetime warranty, I have had to buy new slides for the drawers twice.

Anybody know the drawer height on the krsc326?

The shallow drawers are 3 1/2" high, 27" wide and 17" deep. The deep drawer in the bottom is 7 1/2" high. The top compartment is 7" high, 32" wide and 19" deep.

The KRSC326 is a big cart but still able to move easily. The KRSC46 was more like a single bay roller that a cart. Wait to you get a load of the new 24" deep carts that are showing up on the trucks now, my dealer ordered one in every color while we were in Vegas and that cart makes the KRSC46 look small....

Thanks, so basically I would loose 10" of width on each draw and a little height over the KRSC46. I am leaning toward the KRSC326 right now.

You talking bout this
KRSC100 Or is there something else out now?

Was on the Cornwell truck a couple weeks ago and saw this one CTBMM800, that thing is huge. 26" deep and 44" wide.

They are not on the website yet and I don't remember the model number offhand. They have a stainless top and are roughly the size of a KRSC46 except deeper with drawers all the way to the bottom.

By the way, the drawer dimensions that I listed are "inside" the drawer.

If you're worried about size why did you jump right up to the Cornwell 800 series? They have a smaller 700 series thats also about half the price.

Third row down.

I just was commenting on it, not interested in buying it. Sorry for the mix up. I got on his truck to get a look at there carts. He had a 700 with flames on it sitting beside the 800. I think I have ruled out cornwell after reading on here that they change suppliers every so often and makes parts difficult if the need ever comes up.

the problem with Cornwell isnt that they change manufacturers, they've been using Waterloo for a very long time, but rather that unlike the other truck brands they dont make their own boxes. Hard to control what a third party company does over the decades.

I just realized something. When my new cart gets here I am going to have to relearn how to roll it around. The Mac cart I have been using for 6 years or so has 4 swivel casters on it. You can move it around anyway you like, but sometimes it doesnt steer exactly how you want it to because of the 4 swivels. The SO has 2 swivel and 2 fixed casters, so it will be more "steerable" than the Mac

You will like that cart a lot, I know I enjoy my KRSC326...

By the way, you are not far from me, just hop over Monteagle and and when you get to the I-24/I-59 split, you are close.

Called and canceled my order today. The more I thought about it the less I liked the idea of spending $1500 on a cart. I will just have to deal with my Mac cart for now.

i use my krsc46 as my box. i have everything in it. there is more than enough room for a "cart". almost too much. i need to upgrade to a bigger box but i would never use the krsc46 as a cart. its too cumbersome to move around. especially when fully loaded. i will be putting the krs46 in my garage when i upgrade.
