Got the rack inside, the steel lath cost me $8 at homedepot. they sell it as 8'x24''. It was zipped tied to hold. The rack inside fits snug and does not move.

JUNK YARD DOOR SEALS

PLEXIGLASS WAS USED AND WEATHERSTRIPPING TO SEAL AROUND. GLOVES WERE FROM AN OLD CABINET I HAD. SHE'S NOT PERFECT BUT WILL GET THE JOB DONE!!

update on the vacuum set up, there is pvc tubing inside with holes in it to clear up the window. sealed it with silicone. bucket is half full of water

testing out the light for the cabinet

Well, I used this cabinet for about a year and wanted to modify it again. I made it taller and wanted to have the door seal much better.

Here is a shot of the front, I am 5'9'' so the height is much perfect for me now

For the door I welded angle iron and Im going to try some left over particle board for the door

I used the 170 amp mig with p3 welding wire .030 from airgas for the welding

fitted the particle board, im still in the process of modifying

The inside is 5'x2' and somewhere around 3-4 ft tall

Nice job. I'm still building my plywood blast cabinet, but it's much smaller. Just wondering what you're doing about exhausting all the dust you'll be creating ? I'm thinking a shop vac for mine, but I've heard the dust will destroy a shop vac in a short time. Any ideas would be appreciated.

Im going with the shop vac also, and use pvc tubing in the inside with holes in it and have it connect through the original holes up top
