craftsman 309 piece set for $199 + $35 off

i bought the 309 piece set and a $2.69 screwdriver for $168+ tax with the SAVEONTOOLS ($35 off $200 in tools) i had to get the screwdriver to get the total over $200 or i would have only saved $15!

i know the wrenches are foreign but for the price i couldnt pass it up!

If I were guaranteed they were all usa made...

it was a deal of the day. youre going to have to wait until black friday for it to be @ $199. if the 300 piece set is normal craftsman warranty, its alot nicer than the 309!

I tried the 300 piece set at searsoutlet, no luck on shipping or coupons SAVEONTOOLS and SEARS5OFF50, as far as I can tell

So for the set, +shipping and tax comes to about $237 with no coupons. Am i missing something here on getting coupons to apply, or am I stuck at that buy-in price?

Purchased the 300 piece set last night, used $10 in points and a $10 gift card; after taxes it was $189.

I did an inventory of all the tools and noticed some tools were missing or had duplicate sockets.

I was missing:
3/16" - 7/16" 12 point standard sockets 1/4" drive
3/8" 12 point deep socket 3/8" drive
4 piece flare nut wrenches
1/4" combo wrench
ignition wrench set (standard & metric)
nut driver set

Drove back to the outlet today, they had another box in the back and it was also missing the 3/16" - 7/16" 12 point standard sockets 1/4" drive, ignition wrench set (standard & metric) and nut driver set. So the manager opens the 500 piece set and gives me the 12 point sockets, flare nut wrench set, 1/4" combo wrench and also the 9 piece combo wrench set for metric and standard. The combo wrenches are fully polished, comes with pouch, and they are $40 each. So then I called it a deal and said screw the nut driver set.

Interested in ordering that 300 piece myself, but I'd have to get it shipped. Im not a big fan of 12 point sockets though. Is it pretty much a 50/50 split on the sockets being 6pt and 12pt? Im assuming that all the wrenches would be 12 point though. how big do the sockets go in sae and metric?

1/2" drive metric sockets 10-21, 22, 26, 27, 28, & 30
1/2" drive SAE sockets 1/2"-7/8", 1-1/16", 1-1/8", & 1-1/4"

The only 6-points are standard and deep 1/4" drive sockets, everything else is 12-point.

I only needed the deep sockets, the rest of the set i'm going to sale with the full polish combo wrenches.
