From the looks of the XD in the background I'd say you're somewhere in Australia. Whereabouts (roughly) if you don't mind my asking? Don't get many other Aussie posters on here, always nice to see. I'm in the ACT.

thanks nosnerd.
the solar panels are a 2kw system.we have only just got them put up but they are making around 12-14kw on a sunny day. so it should cut the power bill by at least 3/4.e
There's no hydro down this way but we do have wind farms.

hotfr8, i do work at ford in geelong but i work in product development as a mechanic and all the jobs there are safe for atleast 2 years because we have projects to work on for the asia/pacific.

The altered is a old dragway industires car built buy ian splatt back in the 70's.
The bike is a 96 softail/chopper .
i have done a lot of the work on these two myself.

I see where you have the Bike and the Altered photographed with a Babe on the bike. Was that for a magazine shoot, ot just for personal purposes? Howz about a closeup of the picture?

Well from that I can say you are lucky not being one made redundant at Ford at present. I thaught I recognised the altered as one of Ian's.

Sweet Fastback! I used to have a white one. C code with a BW T10. Very nice shop. That frame hanging doesn't make you a little nervous?
