What are my RHFT ratchets worth?

I have these three RHFT ratchets. The 1/2 and 3/8 are C-man and the 1/4 is Easco. I have these listed for sale but have had no bites. What are they worth. I just got the 1/4 but I have some medical bill and would like to pay on them.

Used without abuse or cosmetic issues, $75-$100. If they're mint, as in brand new, you could probably get considerably more from a collector on ebay especially with some patience. The 1/4" wont be worth much simply due to it being branded Easco. Most of the value is in the Craftsman name.

The old Craftsman round head ratchets are great, but you can get brand new Williams 1/4, 3/8, and 1/2 round heads all for $73.90 shipped.

Speaking from past experience, you 3/8" is worth about $20 if used, maybe $30 if really nice condition. 1/2" would be $30ish. Like Skin said, most the value is in the Craftsman name, the Easco isn't worth more than $10. The 3/8" is the most popular since it is often the most used size.

Relativistic Hartree-Fock Two-Channel (RHFT)


Within the frame of relativistic Hartree-Fock theory, a two-channel model is proposed for the elastic scattering of electrons (in the energy range 10-200 eV) from noble-gas atoms. The coupling between the two channels is described by a dipole potential obtained from a charge polarisation potential of the Temkin type. Numerical results have been obtained for the differential and total scattering cross sections from He and Ne. The authors find excellent agreement with recent experimental data. Further, they compare their results with those from a one-pseudo-state calculation, from calculations using various local potential models and from one-channel relativistic Hartree-Fock calculations.

OP I just paid 31 for a 3/8 craftsman RHFT on eBay. I would have gladly taken yours off your hands. I felt like I paid a little much but my dad gave me the 1/4 and the 1/2 so I really wanted to complete the set.


you might have better luck selling them individually.

While some say the Craftsman are worth more, that is at best a maybe. (and only due to resale)

People do have handle preferences, and the only one I have and still use out of the Craftsman, is the long flex head 1/2" drive (haven't found it in the round handle yet). Feel is a personal thing.

I've seen the Eastco versions sell for just as much as the Craftsman. They're all the same ratchet.
