I was driving home a few years ago when i spotted a garage sale sign. My dirty rotten ******* of a husband is in jail and i am selling all of his sh*t. Picked up a nice HD engine stand.

I worked with a guy that had a nice set of tools that got left when he moved out and his x wouldn't let him back to load them up. He would ask me to borrow odd tools like a torque wrench or certain socket. I'd always give him a hard time saying "bet your wife has one" or "can't your kids bring you yours".

If he gets mad, he can get even. Tools that one uses to earn a living are called chattels-rhymes with cattles. Under English common law and the basis of our legal system, chattels survive even bankruptcy and can not be taken. Even if he loses, does she really want to go to court?
