what no 42" red tool boxes for $179? That would be a real black Friday deal......didn't see anything too exciting there....

I successfully used a 20% coupon on my order earlier for the air hose reel. Got it for around $48.

My HF wouldn't let me stack the 20% coupon onto the "Black Friday" price for the air hose reel.

is harbor freight's little 30" tool box worth a ****? the us general one? i need a small box for home to keep my household tools in, drills, screwdrivers, etc. i'm sure it'll do the job but is it a p.o.s? i really want a ball bearing craftsman but they are so pricey for a small box.

Obviously it's a smaller box and the drawers are pretty shallow (both in depth and in height) as the unit is not very tall. I think they would be fine for home hobby tools but maybe not heavier garage tools. If that's all you had to spend then I guess it can work for you if you don't mind non-roller drawers. Check one out in store before getting one and see if it will work for you.

I thought about picking one up to keep all my electrical tools in since the weight wouldn't be a problem there. Crimpers, splice connectors, wire strippers, heat shrink tubing, multimeters, small screwdrivers, wire ties... I think would be perfect contents for that box. IMO.
