Got a long drawn out email about it.

"You've spent thousands this year at Sears, we'd like to show our appreciation by giving you $3"

Just used my $5. Took me awhile to find something I needed. Found I could use a few more metal putty knifes so bought two of the allway 1.25" models.

Cost me $.38

$3 here. It's pretty bad when my SYWR account is earning more than my CD's

I just signed up for the SYWR account last week and they gave me $3.00.

Bought a couple bottle openers, as you can never have to many.

Used mine for a Craftsman pocket telescope magnetic pick-up tool

Sears Item# 00947071000 | Model# 47071

Regularly $3.99 but is on sale for $2.99 in store, so free with SYWR points

I got one of the 8 piece RP wrench sets to give someone. Found a USA set.

Rang up $10, price match online to $9.50, after free points and some points I had already I paid $5.** after tax

Not bad for 8 USA made wrenches

For what ever reason I used the points but when I logged back on to the website they were never deducted. I wonder if I can get another item.

How long does it take rewards to post to your account after you spend money

I just used my extra $3 at the outlet on some of the craftsman industrial wrenches. I think they expire in a week...

I wonder if anyone knows when/how the points are distributed (anyone work for Sears?) ...Im not talking about the points you get after you purchased something, but the free, seemingly random points given to members 'for being a loyal SMWR member.'

During the months of Sept and Oct this year, I was given anywhere from 4-10 dollars in points every 1-1.5 weeks. It was great. Recently I havent received any, but from this posting, some people have. Hope this doesnt sound greedy -Im just curious...

I got $4 on two accounts (mine and my parents) got two sockets I needed to complete a set. Free sockets, free shipping, can't beat that.

I had $3.00 added to my account. I picked up Irwin vise grips @ $6.88.
My cost was $1.28 with some left over points used.

Can someone tell me if I can redeem my points online? If so , how do I do that? I just got off the phone with the local Sears and was told I could not and also the store does not price match their own site. No wonder people hate Sears.

Sure, I do it all the time. Try logging into both SYWR and Sears site before ordering. It always tells me what something costs if I cash in my points even if it's only a few cents. Sometimes it asks me for my SYWR pin # but not always, have not figured out why it does that.

You can redeem them online. When you checkout and get to the payment screen, there is a "redeem my rewards" line just below the items in the cart. Click on the icon and enter your SYWR pin and it will apply it. You have to have a pin # setup to use it.
