snap on hard handle ratchets in midnight blue

Was on the snappy guy truck and saw the thlfd72 and fhlfd80 in midnight blue. The guy said that it comes with the mini micro jewelry box. Cost was $249. Is that the going rate?

He said the box was free but I didn't think the two ratchets were $249. I mean it's been a while since I was on the truck but just seems a little high compared to 6 months ago. The two ratchets are selling for $169-$179 on ebay, so I would assume $200 isn't out of line, but $249?

What are you guys seeing as prices?

The 1/4 is 107 and the 3/8 is 135. So with tax I would say hes about right.

exactly, I know I am getting scammed somewhere. I would just turn around and sell the box. Looks like they are going for $99 on the bay. So that will net me $75 and the $171 sounds about the same with just more effort. lol

I bought the 3/8 this morning for $115 from my dealer. Not that I needed yet another 3/8 flex, but if it's green or blue with a hard handle, I'll have one

You did get the micro box for free, you just had to pay full price for the ratchets to get it. You can check the prices on snapon.com
