The ordering system on the web site is awful. After having three of my orders cancelled, I ended up calling customer service.

The customer service guy was really helpful and explained that their ordering system is flawed in a way that it always wants to use your local store for delivery even though other stores may have them in stock.

He called around and located the Metric set for me in Miami. The Miami store manager even shipped it to me in Philly for free.

I am trying to find a 14 picece SAe set the one that goes to 1-1/16 35765. Does anybody know of a sears outlet that might have one. I have called several with no luck. I also call the Sears outlet 1800 number too.

I ordered the rest of the ratchet wrenches from zoro to make a complete set.
I already had the 10,11,12,13 & 14 from sears outlet. Today for about $90 I got 8,15,17,18 & 19. I didn't find 16 if somebody else finds it Let me know. I dont think I use 16 very often but I would like to have it if they make it.

That is still cheaper than the Armstrong set.

The 16 is listed incorrectly as a Blackhawk by Proto, but it is really the craftsman industrial that you are looking for. They also have the 9mm available if you want to make the complete set of 12 metrics. Zoro doesn't have the 9 available, but Grainger does. A little over $20 for it. Check Trdtaco's classified thread. He has an SAE set he's trying to sell. He's going to make a few bucks on you, but it is what it is. I don't know the sizes in his set.

I bought the 14 pc sae set that goes to 1 1/4" at the outlet store in Indianapolis today and then got on eBay and found the matching metric set for $109 shipped. It's still a good deal IMO so I don't have a problem with someone making a little money off of me.

I also picked up the 6pc 3/8" drive hex bit metric sockets for $10, a digital torpedo level for $14, and a 1000 watt dual halogen light with tripod for $24.

The secret members sale prices are higher than the sale that ended last week.

I was looking at the EVO deep impact sockets for $19 a set.

SMS price was $34.

Anyone splitting up any of the industrial tool sets by chance? Looking for smaller SAE and Metric polished wrenches....possibly larger ones too. I ended up with a couple of intermediate sets only.

Smae here, I couldnt order one on friday or sat even called the 1800 for help and got no where. Now it let me order a set.

Just because it let you order a set does not mean they will not cancel it tomorrow when they confirm their inventory. Also, if by good fortune they can ship it, check and see if it is complete when it arrives. One 14 piece set Sears recently sent only had 10 in the box. They also did not any more sets to replace it.

well, I've got a set of the metric wrenches. I was able to get a set shipped to me late last week. If anyone needs a broken up set, then I'll let this go for cost. $45. I kept the 7, 8, 19, and 21 to complement the larger metric wrenches.

Noticed this 1/2 torque wrench on searsoutlet.com, model 35762, 25-250 ft. lbs for $36.00. I wanted to check some of the online reviews, but cannot find anything about it. Does anyone have this wrench? Is it the same as the Craftsman 1/2-Drive Professional Use Torque Wrench listed on sears.com (which is a 'new' item and does not have any reviews) for $120.00?

Also, any experience with the Universal Ratcheting sets? They have this 7 pc set onsale for $20.00, model 34308, title says "Inches" but description says metric. Was thinking it might not be bad to carry on the motorcycle.
