CL deal?

So I have been in the market for a compressor (I currently do not have one). I will not need it to earn a living just work around my home garage. I expect to use an impact wrench, air hammer, possibly a drill; plus nailers. Shouldn't ever need to do any painting. If I can get a better used compressor for the money than a new cheaper one that would be great; I am ok taking the risk that it might need to be rebuilt/replaced in the future. What do you think of this:

Way overpriced. I know the left coast prices can vary a lot but that is $100 max around here. Menards has a USA 60 gal on sale for $399.
