Off topic but
I notice Elroy has good taste in rulers.

Moose thinks Elroy should invest in a nice INOX ruler, made in France. Moose has two, a 150mm and a 300mm and finds them to be excellent.
Excellent suggestion. Elroy will research them. The "France" part may cause Elroy to become :supergay:

It's all about the TDI anyway..![]()

I don't understand the negativity toward France. Sure, they have some political woes, but they also have some really excellent tools and engineering. French engineers are known for unique and ground-breaking designs. I have never have a tool sourced from France that was anything other than top quality.
This attitude is similar to someone thinking that the Chevy 350 is the only engine that matters. Was it influential? Yes. Is it compact and powerful? Yes. But it really doesn't have the finesse of a fine DOHC flat-plane crank V8. I love my Corvette engine, but I won't pretend that it is the only engine that matters....
Elroy needs some help here. Please explain or define "TDI"
Could that possibly stand for "Total Dip **** Idiot"
If it does, then Elroy would be pleased to be their poster child![]()
Elroy,
That is one of the nicer combo squares I've ever seen. I didnt know anyone made the head out of steel. I had seen iron ones and hardened iron but steel must wear so much better. I must get one.
Not quite, TDI stands for Turbo Direct Injection on VAG cars.

Well just have a firm grip on your wallet. If you think Snappy prices are steep you "anit" seen nothing yet.
