My first contribution.

I went to Home Depot to get the $25 impact driver + drill (thanks, OP), and stumbled into this. Discounted from $114.96 to $5. So I bought 4. I'm gonna make a killing when I flip these on eBay!

Just kidding. I'm pretty sure there's an extra "1" at the front of the original price, but still a good deal if they were originally $15.

Haha, yup those were originally $15, I bought a pair back before Christmas. They are nice glasses, you can take the LEDs off if you want, but even though they look dorky, they help A LOT. I may have to go grab another pair.

Got the last pair at the HD near my house this afternoon. Guy there said they went through something like 10-15 or so just today.

I'm not going to lie: these things are pretty awesome. At my store, they are $7, not $5. I bought two pairs. I will probably go back to the store tomorrow and stock up. You get impact protection, a reasonably comfortable fit, and two aimable and bright lights for $5-7. There is just no way to lose here. They will come in handy all over the place, like under the car instead of having to fiddle with a drop or area light to get it to shine right where you are looking.

I went to grab a pair or two more. My Home Depot's inventory said 20, when I got there the display was empty and an employee told me that a guy just bought all of them. :(

Just picked up 3 pair. They're marked $14.97 but they ring up $5.00. Thanks for posting this

Got one at $7 after Christmas. Picked up 2 more today at $5. One upstairs, one downstairs and one in the garage.

Can those LED's be pulled off and put on prescription glasses? Walking around with LED's on my glasses would not only be very handy but it would also finally get rid of those annoying looks of interest I get from women when I'm out in public.

I just realized they also come with a cloth sleeve to put them in. I originally through the box out but I bought a pair for my son and noticed he had his in a sleeve. A nice suprise.

Picked up 5 today. My MIL is a saint and bought me something similar maybe 6-7 years ago. But these 3M glasses are much better. They fit more snug, the lens is replaceable, and the light is a lot brighter. Wish I could have found the Husky drill/driver set too, but the HD customer service rep said they didn't have either SKU in their system, even though their website said they had them. Useless.

If your prescription glasses have a wide side arm and you don't mind drilling a small hole in them, then you could use them. They are mounted with a small screw.

Cool, thank you for the pics. I can't drill drill my glasses out but I might see if I can figure something out. My HD says they have 4 left.

Where are these located in the stores? I went to the safety glasses aisle and there wasn't even a spot for them.

Typed in the sku and they are $14.96 my store shows 3 in stock

These would be wonderful for working under the car in the dim areas.

My store had moved them to a clearance section they have in the store at the end of an aisle.

They are up front where all the holiday promotion items are. The display is not large.

For the SE MI guys, I got the last one in the Commerce Township store and four from the Northville store. Northville still had eight or so left.

Will make good gifts, thanks OP.

Are the LED's bright enough to be helpful when you're doing basic stuff under a lift?

At night, it's pretty dark under there and I wouldn't mind having something to light up the stuff I'm wrenching on and give some eye protection for the crud that fall off right when you're looking up at it.
