showing forum visits when not in use

For some reason over the past couple of days, the forum is showing that I have visited it when I was deffinitly not doing so. The problem is, that it incorrectly shows no new posts in threads which makes it harder to tell what is actually new since my last visit. Also means I can't jump to new posts in threads since that option does not appear for them.

The most recent occurance today showed my last visit as 12:15 PM when in fact I last viewed the forum around 9 AM.

I thought it might be something going on with Tapatalk since I have had similar issues with it in the past from my smartphone. This morning I made sure I had it closed out and logged out on both my phone and tablet.

Anyone else having this happen or know why?

Make sure you do log out when you leave the forum.

I was logged out on everything and had all shut down last night and somehow I was still shown as logged in this morning at 6 AM. I'm starting to wonder if someone else is accessing my login. I'll change my password and see if that helps. Otherwise, there is some strange goings on with this forum software.

The only way I can get Tapatalk to "play nicely" is to turn off notifications (Settings->Notifications->Un-check "Receive Notifications").
