I just picked two of these up today for 1.99. Its nice to see smaller plastic products such as this made in the USA. Great deal.

I saw them at the Lowes in Tustin Calif, they had one loose and one unopened carton, but I didn't care for them. No way did they ever sell for $8, this is a $2 or $3 item, with the next size up I think $3 or so.

Best containers lately have been from a new Chinese take out place down the street, but wife gives me the eye of doom if I don't toss them in recycle.

My local Lowes had a bunch of these. I've been wanting to organize all the scrounge I have laying around and figured a few of these would be a nice start. Anyway, they're not super high quality, but definitely worth $2 each. (The smaller ones were marked under $3.) Anyway, I picked up 12 of them for $23 out the door (with a .mil discount).

I wouldn't call these things cheap plastic stuff, they'll last me for a while anyway which is all that I really care about. I can't tell you too much about cheap products because I prefer to buy quality items, but from what I've noticed about most cheap plastic is that it usually says "China" on the bottom.

What better way to recycle than to repurpose? Plus it saves money, she should love that.

Just wandered through Lowes today and saw that they had 2 left @ $1.99 each. Grabbed them both.
