So after much thought, back and forth I decided on and ordered white Viper boxes. They all came on the same day, Viper shipped me the two 41" boxes via freight, the 26" came in today at Sears and I picked them up with my truck.

I couldn't be happier, I love these boxes, so happy I went with white. They arrived PERFECT, no dings, dents or scratches. Even after dealing with RoadRunner freight which kept giving me the runaround and telling me their truck was broke down in New Mexico for 3 days and the shipment delayed, they actually arrived on their original scheduled delivery date (still not sure how that happened).

The powdercoat on these is really nice, overall the fit and finish is top notch. Drawers feel solid, slide in and out silky smooth albeit empty.

So after searching far and wide for pics on the internet prior to my order and coming up with zero pictures, here are pictures for anyone who has ever wondered about the Viper boxes in white.

These will go underneath an 8' white Gladiator tool bench

Now I just need to get work done in my garage.

Fix sagging ceiling with lam beam/joist hangers
Finish adding extra layer of sheetrock on back wall
Figure out insulation in attic (and blown into walls)
Mud, sand then paint walls, ceiling and floor
Hang other wall cabinets
Order Gladiator tool bench
Replace old garage door/opener
Add T8 lighting
Custom powder on wheel hardware, drawer pulls and side handles

Still tons of work to be done. :(

Thanks guys, yeah tough to find a lot of good actual photos of their boxes, hoping they become more popular, they really are a good company to deal with.

They just came out with a brand new color too, purple, pretty cool.

First change I plan on making is disassemble the whels and powdercoat them in a fine black texture powder.

Haven't decided on whether the side handles should be coated in the same black, or a white to match the box and drawer pulls I plan on coating in white for a monochromatic look.

Quite an interesting drawer arrangement. I kinda like the 4 full width drawers on the 41" boxes.

Yeah some guys prefer deeper full width drawers but I have socket sets that lay flat, and for screw drivers and pliers.. etc they'll work fine.

Nice looking boxes. Love to see these once all installed.

I would think the side handles in black would look better than white giving it some contrast, and not show grime from handling them if you do move the boxes often.

Thanks! Yeah I think so too on the black handles, although once in place they'll rarely be moved around. Being I will have the two 41"s side by side, I will only have a handle on the outer side of each box, no handles in-between.

Still not sure what color to do the drawer pulls in. It will depend on whether my powdercoater thinks we can get them to have a smooth finish. I kind of like an all white box (for the front). Afraid black handles might look too busy? But if the texture will show through I'll just do the fine black texture, that particular powder has a silky finish and would feel good in the hands. The screws are on REALLY tight, I need a impact drive and diamond bit to break them loose. I did a photoshop, I'll post a pic when I get home to get opinions.

How deep are these?
The 26's (really measures 27" overall) are 18.25" deep, the 41's are also 18.25" deep, even though I swear the smaller boxes look deeper, even the drawers appear deeper, must be an optical illusion.

where did you get them and how much ? thanks
Vipertoolstorage.com
[2] 41's @ $475 each (sale has since ended) + shipping for a total of $1,306 (best shipped price I could find anywhere)

Sears.com
[2] 26's @ $272 each + tax w/ FREE pick up (also a phenomenal deal)

Those look great! I have become quite the fan of Viper boxes, and will hopefully be buying a 72" model soon!
Thank you sir. I heard the 72" is a beast. I wish is came in white I would've been all over it.

The lime green box would look WAY BETTER with black hardware. I don't mind the silver textured drawer pulls on the white but don't care for how they look on the lime green boxes at all.

Jesus. 300 bucks for a 26 in. box? Might just be trading in my service cart for one of those.

Love the black! The one thing I didn't like with the white was the look of the aluminum pulls on it. Black pulls fixes that and looks great!

I guess it does... wasn't sure at first.

Do it. What color you prefer? The teal Vipers are cool, I really like that color.

Agreed, especially the texture with the silver color, that's the one thing I never liked much. Although I think they do look best with the white.

Yeah good idea, except I was trying to keep the colors neutral since I like to color coordinate, will have all white cabinets, beige walls, dark brown floor.. Plus not sure if I can get the drawer pulls smooth to do a different color in a smooth finish, which is why I decided on black fine texture. The white Snap On SS box is one of my favorites too.

Usually you find them on sears website. Very pricey

That is what I was wondering how he got such a good price. Was the price with freight ?

Only a select few Viper boxes are available for FREE pick up from your local Sears store. The 26" 5 Drawer in white just happened to be one of the ones that was eligible when I searched. And the price I got at the time $272 has since gone up to $311.99, it must've been a sale price. That's why I decided to buy two of them for under my white tool bench, the price as too good to pass up. The 26" lime Green box is still priced at $272.

The 41" boxes I bought direct from Viper and they were heavily discounted at $475 each, freight was a bit insane at $359, but they still were a great deal at $1,309.

You're gonna have to start using nothing but white grease on your vehicles. (smart-*** imicon here:)

I like the black handles. I hope you don't mind but I played around a bit while waiting for my fedex delivery. 1st. I added a fine black base to the bottom (very bottom area above wheels middle pic) because I felt it lacked a base to ground the black drawer handles.

Then I pimped it right out by adding white road stripes with some pinstripe detailing tape. Don't know if I got the spacing right though. Just food for thought, you've already done great things with the handles, drawers handles and wheels. The tape can be played with and removed easily. The gold handled drawers on my cman box is just gold foil, original from the factory.

I def will, it's going to be a while, a lot of work to do in the garage until that happens. Big transformation though from what it is now. What color were you thinking? The orange, yellow and teal Viper boxes are my other favorites, they're just not available in too many sizes.

Haha, thanks man, looks pimptastic. I could add always powdercoat the pulls dark grey then add some 3M carbon fiber overlay to the top part of the pulls. I've used it on some interior auto parts and it came out pretty slick.
