It's strange, I have a pair in my cart under 'save for later' and they still show the $22 price. Normally when the price updates there is a message in your cart saying the price changed by whatever amount.

Maybe they manually updated the price or something, seems a little weird.

pulling hoses off. and i've used them to install hoses too... in some situations where it's hard to do by hand, these things work and are a time saver.

that said, I have a 3pc long reach set from Gearwrench i got at the last Sear's gearwrench clearance. I think the 3pc set cost me as much as this 1 pc Knipex. Are they really that good to be worth that much? I don't really get the appeal of Knipex?

I got the 3 piece Gearwrench set last year and they are fine. They are the long double jointed type, very handy for getting clips on pipes down in the bowels of engines.

List is $105, street is $50, I think they were being closed out for $20 last year.
