Hello to all from North East Texas.
We have sold our house in a small town, and bought 30 acres out in the county. Looks like the plan is to build a 30x60 metal building, with a 1000 ft2 3br 'apartment' inside.
Will be reading and asking questions soon.
A bit about me. I am a fire fighter and police officer. I have done a couple of metal buildings, and lots of remodeling. I plan on doing most if not all of the work myself.
