Snap-On hard handle size for custom ratchets??

I've seen many people here get creative with adding hard handles to various ratchets. I'm particular about red or black hard handles.

What sizes of the screwdriver replacement handles are you guys using for 1/4", 3/8" and 1/2", respectively?

Your help is appreciated.
