Those ****! They only ring out the very bottom and the bucket tends to tip when ringing. The best ones are steel but even the plastic ringers are ok if they ring from the top down.

Here is a close up of the wringer - I think it squishes the whole thing? I have a plastic one from harbor freight, it does okay. From my bus boy days, I learned to twist the mop as you put it in the wringer to dry out the mop better.
Wow, I guess I am a "closet mopper", lol! My wife likes her little swifter type thingy, but I can mop the whole house (tile floors) by the time she does the kitchen, ha!

Same here. That guy must have been referencing a mop bucket that has 2 rollers to wring out the mop.

I have used mop buckets with these types of wringers a lot, and have never had an issue with how they wring.

i ordered the yellow. yesterday i finally got around to opening the box and the bucket had a thumb sized hole right above one of the wheel mounts from the wringer banging around during shipping.
i shot a couple pics and emailed them to the CS guy on the phone. they shipped me a coplete new one out today.
they didnt want any of the first shipment back.

replacement arrived today and is packaged totall different than the first.
no damage this time.
