New from Northern Michigan

Hello everyone! My name is Curtis and i live and work as a diesel mechanic in Northern Michigan. Being a mechanic and loving to work on just about anything with a motor has led me to want a garage with a hoist. I plan on putting up a 30x40 with a 12x40 lean to on the one side to house my gassification boiler and wood that will heat my house and eventualy my garage with in floor heat. Planning on 14' walls and am trying to decied if i want a one or two gargae door setup.

For you non-Michiganders, a "troll" is someone who lives "under the bridge". That what the "yuppers" (people living in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan) call every one south of the Mackinaw Bridge that joins the UP to the Lower Peninsula.

Yes I am a troll. My dads side of the family all came from the U.P. though. So theres quite a bit of "yooper" blood in me!
