I printed a couple off from SD last night, but haven't made it to Lowe's yet. If they do void it, it still might be able to be used at HD or Menards.

Will Menards honor the Lowes coupons?

Yes, but make sure they are paying attention and do $10 instead of 10%. The barcode they have in their book was 10% and the checker had to call someone to override it.

They have accepted them on two or three occasions for me.

Is this the type of coupon where the computer system recognizes the barcode and therefore the coupon is only good for a one time use? I ask because in the past I have used a Printed-off barcoded coupon at Lowes for a purchase, then when I tried to use another printed-off coupon a day later the computer would not accept it. The cashier told me the coupon was no longer valid because the computer system was saying it had alredy been used once before.

Did you even read the thread before you asked this question? He specifically talks about this in the very first post. It is NOT one time use.

but 10% is better if you are spending over $100 !

Tried to print yesterday and couldn't. More my printers problem than their site I think. Wish they could just scan a picture of it off my phone.

Used one at Menards today. I plan on going back and using a couple more on things priced over $50. Good thing I pass by there on my way home from work!

If anybody has any trouble getting them or the site goes down I have a file I can send of 4 coupons/sheet.

I tried to use it at Home Depot yesterday. Cashier told me they no longer accept coupons such as these. She showed me an image of the type they will accept that has a lowes card image on it. I told her Lowes will take these all day and she then told me not to worry she would give me a discount. My order came to $57 and she told me she would give me 10% off which would be more than $10 off...I informed her that 10% is only $5.70. She then said she would give me 20%. So I got $11.40 off instead of $10...that made much more sense then just accepting the coupon. I didn't argue:)

Thanks! Used it at Menards and Home Depot both. Luckily my home depot will accept about any coupon and even price match Amazon. YMMV

I just clicked on it now, the solid black line appears just under the series of numbers under bar code. I don't know if it means anything, but I have some I printed from the same link two days ago & there is NO line on them. Just wondering if they are still ok to use.

These stopped working today. They had a sign up and the cashier told me they couldn't take them anymore.

Right, girl at the register scanned it in today and it came back as "expired 3.20.13."

I pointed out that the coupon clearly stated that the expiration date was 5.18.13 and she said "that's not what the computer says." I replied "I guess you get to keep everything then" and walked out leaving $50 worth of merchandise on the counter.

Home Depot will honor their coupon, but Lowes won't - how brain dead can they be? Piss off a customer with cash in hand over a $10 discount...?

Didn't work for me today either. The lady said it was an illegal coupon and gave me a link to go get a legitimate coupon. I'll have to check it out tomorrow.

Let us know about the link. I was going to use the $10 coupon for a scaffold this weekend.
