Lowes 4PC. Channellock set GS-3S $28.68

I went by my local Lowes today to buy the ratchet set from another Hot Deals thread and found this four piece Channellock set. Seems like a good deal to me at $28.68. COO on the screwdriver is China.

i saw those at my store too. its a great deal for the pliers if you need them. the driver is junk imho. feels like an HF product.

Picked up that set quite awhile ago. Obviously the pliers are great, and as for the driver...well the handle feels good in the hand, but the included bits wear ridiculously quickly and the extra unfortunate aspect of it is that the bit driver only accepts 5/16" bits...

I just went a picked up this set...and got an even better deal! They didn't have any of this set on the shelf, and my smart phone said "1" and the Lowes guy's inventory gun said "2", so he went hunting. Of course he found a whole box of them up above the area where they should be. In the process of doing that, he dropped one package and broke the packaging...instead of paying $28, he marked the set with the broken package down to $21. Score!. I am giving the screwdriver away, so I really don't care about it. 3 pair of brand new channellocks for $21 is tough to beat.

I bought the set a while ago. I think "everyday low price" was 29.99. I actually like the driver too. I dont know how hard I would hit it, but it has a striking cap. I like the triangle shape too.
