I ordered from Grainger. I get free shipping on all orders. I dont know about quality but I had seen on some of the larger Westward boxes it showed US as COO. This one didn't say.

It looks exactly like the husky that people purchased back in Nov 2012 for $1 to $25 per cabinet. Lucky me, I bought four of them for $25 each.

They cancelled my order this morning and were nice enough to refer me to two $450+ cabinets that I could order instead.
