Home Depot UK???

Hey all,

does anyone know if Home Depot ship to the UK? The website doesn't mention international shipping (so i know it's a long shot), but i'm wondering if anyone knows first hand if they do?

The tool chests and tools are so much cheaper in the US than over here and our closest alternative (B&Q) is overpriced and doesnt have nearly the same range of stock.

Edit: I'd think shipping cost from the US to UK would kill any savings on the tool chest.

It's a real shame, they have some great stuff that's really hard to get in England. Or far too pricey.

You could always try and have it shipped to a freight forwarder.

not a bad idea, but then were getting up to the costs of just buying an expensive UK equivilant.. i'll have a mooch online and see what i can find

Have a look at Machine Mart or Clarke for products similar to Harbor Freight. I doubt you will find it worthwhile to ship heavy goods from the US to UK, also if something goes wrong you will have additional costs. I have not had much luck with tools lasting from Harbor Freight but there are people who dont have problems.
I still use my ~30 year old Clarke pillar drill from the UK but quality may well have changed since then. YMMV.
