You can get them at a bunch of places. Most of the online tool joints have them. They're on eBay as well. Summit Racing, etc. too.

I've gotten them from Heleta before. Good product for the price. Much better than what you find in the china tool store.

Enco carries cheapies that aren't too bad. Not as good as 3M, but at half the price, I'll take them.

Good price on quality backings. The cheap ones really ****, have not tried 3M yet, but will soon.
