Login required when opening links

Is it just me or a general bug? When I am logged in and reading a post, if there is a link [such as 'My Garage Build'] and I open it, I find myself viewing the thread as guest.

Is there something I should do at initial log in?

Wrong forum, but log off, then delete your cookies (for Garage Journal). Finally, log back on, checking keep me logged in...

Many people do not post the full and proper URLs, leaving out www or some such thing, which breaks the login and that's why you see it as a guest when you follow the links. Why it happens like that, I don't know. Why people do this with their link URLs has eluded me since I joined the forum. Fix the URL and reload and you won't be loading the thread as a guest anymore.
