You better get some rebuild kits to keep on hand if you plan on keeping the ratchets. Sears has a habit of discontinuing stuff.

Not to rain on your parade, but the actual ratcheting mechanism is made in Taiwan
Everything else is USA made though!

they are certainly not made in taiwan, thats for sure. when i get the rebuild kits for those ratchets, they say "made in the USA" right on the kit.

there are mechanisms made in taiwan/china for the gearwrench versions, but the matco/armstrong/Cman permiums are USA made internals and body.
