Any one used one yet? They are small very small. I ordered one today. Got a great price for the kit. Ordered it mainly for front end work/suspension stuff. I'll post pics and a review after I use it a couple days.

I believe they are in house, but I'm not positive. I will look into it.

The "demo" my independent rep had last month was very easy to use and light, which is a huge plus. Actually surprised that IR or anyother air tool manufactures have not made a compact powerful impact like this.

Will also try and compare it to my IR 2135ti.

My Coworker has one and I've borrowed it from time to time. Its definitely got a lot of sack for a little wrench, and its fast too. We've had a few scenarios where that little impact saved a ton of extra work in a tight spot. I don't know how to explain it but it feels like it impacts twice as fast as bigger wrenches do, almost like an electric impact.

I was sent to a sister shop to help out today so I missed the tool delivery, but I will get it tomorrow. Looks like a near wrench, hope it's worth it. Review and pics to come.

Also upon further research, they look to be made in Taiwan, mighty-seven/king Tony are a Taiwanese based company,king Tony America is the us distributor. Something on those lines.

Neat never even seen the brand before. the chrome sockets/extensions/ratchets are very similar to nepro.

those king tonys look alot like my super short klutch i bought from northern

its really badass
very powerful for the size; rips out harmonic balancer bolts
ive also used it for lugs and as my main 1/2" gun for 2 years now
it is a touch heavy
everyone who has tried it has bought one

I used to work for King Tony but had the wrong (= French) boss...

I sold a ton of these little babies. I had a small stock in my car and usually could sell them quicker then I could get them replaced. It's the smallest and lightest on the (world)market. From the link you posted I understand that you got the Q(uiet) version?

Make sure to post them up. People rarely post any King Tony stuff here. I have owned a few things and they were good quality.

Not every item King Tony makes is THAT great as is their QC... I have had several warranty claims with products that should haver never left the factory with a good QC! Think pliers with hairline fractures or not correct hardened tips that would break instantly or 12pt. wrenches that were totally rounded (had no teeth/points at all). So let's not go overboard with the quality...

They are of the Mighty Seven-brand (M7) which is a KT-brand devoted to airtools. And yes, they are made in-house in Taiwan.

Great info! As far as quiet version goes? Idk rep said it was rated at 85decibels. I guess I'll check the model # tomorrow to verify. I also don't know if I got the kit(with the sockets) or just the impact it self ,either way makes no difference. I want it for the size, I have plenty of sockets.
Oil is a must for any air tool IMO, I oil mine everyday.

We'll I got it, wow is this thing small.... Light weight too. A tad but top heavy but what impact isn't?
Have pics but photobucket is being retarded and won't let me upload Em. I'll try again tomorrow.
Haven't gotten to use it yet but did put some air through it. A lot quieter than I expected. Will add more once I actually use it.

I bought mine almost a year ago when they came out .. used it on Honda Civic doing a timing belt; worked great. Impact is small, well balance, and has about 500 ft. lbs advertised torque. The new ones now comes with the impact sockets.

I played with a similar model sold by Kimball Midwest and it was a bad *** little gun. You can run it as your main and only impact if you wanted to. I actually tried it out on some Ford E350 wheels and it wasn't even a good test, they just came right out. I even torqued them to 160 just to make sure there where on there.

How does it really compare for power to your ir gun? My cp is on its last legs and I can't afford 2 new impacts but could really use this compact gun. The cp I have is rated for only 425lbft but is all I've ever needed other than my cordless milwaukee. I've used snap on an ir guns that I find overpowered for everyday use.

Think I could get away with it as a daily impact? Or is it better as a special purpose gun?

I use this gun for everything. From tires to suspension. Havent used my ir in a few weeks. I prefer the weight of the m7 over the power of my ir, but as stated it hasnt had any issues removing and fastener I put it on.

These are not at all unique. At the AAPEX show every Taiwan air tool manufacturer has them. I have three. Two from AirPro, one of which has a 3/8" anvil which I think all of them should have making special sockets unnecessary as King Tony insists. and naturally from me one from TOPTUL.

I bought that little m7 1/2 drive.. I use that more than my 3/8 nitrocat.. So far it has worked and fit everywhere. my 3/8 nitrocat would not of fit in most of those places. Kinda wish I found this M7 before I bought my cat... I hear kingtony is coming out with a more powerful version soon. I thought it was 30% more power in the same size.

I admit, I don't know a thing about these tiny guys as I haven't dealt with them yet....BUT, I found this one on ebay, great torque numbers and price too. Think I'm going back and get it just to see. Looks about half the price of the M7 and Chicago Pneumatic ones.
