Hello Everyone! My name is Mike with Trident Supply. I just now found GJ and want to say thank you for your business. I found out about GJ after I noticed a few sales originated from here.

DirtRoad: Regarding your question, we do carry a 3/8" stubby non-flex. I just added it to the site for you. It is HERE, of course, free shipping on orders over $25 this week. Also, we will always have free shipping, but the dollar value may change depending on what promo we have going on.

We are still adding products every single day (about 200 get added every day), so, if there is something that you want, but don't see, let us know and we can get it listed for you.

FINALLY,while it is not GearWrench, I do have this awesome looking large Powermatic metal sign that I just received and I want to give away to a customer. I am just sure how I should go about finding the right person. Any suggestions from the mods?

Ordered! Also ordered the 4 piece flex head set.

Super excited!

My sets will now be complete

Also ordered the 4pc flex head set. I've never owned flex head ratchets and want to give them a try. Wish these had quick-release, but oh well.

Just dropped an order for the 3 pc ratchet set. That's a great deal on them! I hope they get the website cleaned up & the links working soon!

Also, let them know you heard about them from the Garage Journal!

Hello Everyone. Thank you for the orders. We will process them as soon as possible. We have an overnight order from GW due tomorrow... Although FedEx ground won't process Saturday, we will still get them ready to go.

Ford_guy: I agree about the links. We are trying to get them working.

Damn. I don't need any more ratchets as I gave about 15 but those deals and the 120xp make me Me want the flex heads.....does gear wrench offer a swivel head ratchet like my Mac in my review video in 120xp? I'd be sold on that.

Man wish they carried the 3/8 non flex head stubby ratchet!
Looks like they only have the flex head version.

This is probably the 60T, and you may have your heart set on the 120T, but good price here:

http://www.cripedistributing.com/hand-tools/ratchets/gearwrench-81209-3-8-dr-stubby-full-polish-ratchet-ro.html

Hope this isn't seen as a thread hijack, if Trident doesn't carry this version. I have this ratchet and really like it. It's one of those "how did I ever live without this?" ratchets.

That's a good price!

But with shipping I'm not spending much more for the 120xp.

I already ordered from mike trident, super excited. My set will be complete now.

Mike,
Is the 80550p(3/8 gearwrench set) the 120xp set? That is the correct part number but the part breakdown shown is for the 60t set and one of the two pictures is of the older 60t or 84t set. The other picture shows the 120xp set. I would like to order this set today before the sale ends. Thanks

I believe regular part numbers ar 60 tooth, a "F" behind the part number will indicate 84 tooth and the "p" designation is Xp.

120XP Sale.

Folks: Currently I have sold a bunch of what I have in stock but placed my order in time to replenish (and a few extras, since it was early in the day and did not know how many more orders would come in).

I am going to leave the sale prices up until I get into the office tomorrow. Until then, I can still accept orders at the sale prices. Please note that some things I am back ordered on, but you can still lock in the prices if ordered before tomorrow about noon, Central time. Our online inventory is fairly well up to date, just check the stock status on each item you are looking for.

I do believe HiBall is correct. Thanks for that, Hiball.

Mike

Well I wasn't trying to ask about the part numbers. I understand the part numbers.

My consern is that you have thn 56 piece 120xp 3/8 set(80550p) part number listed but in the description you have 57 pieces listed with the part numbers that match the 57 piece 60t(80550) set.

The main picture doesn't match the listed part number. Notice the all black case and short handle ratchet(The 57th piece).

The secondary picture matches the part number. Notice the yellow latches and lettering sans the short handle ratchet.

Gearwrench has yet, to my knowledge, to produce a short handled 120xp without a flex handle.

I ordered both the 80300p and 80550p and I well let you guys know what shows up.

Mike, I'm considering placing another order for a few other things before the sale ends. Can you get me prices and a set of metric offset ratcheting wrenches. Maybe part #9602? Also curious of the price of mid length sockets in 1/4 and/or 3/8 drive.

Thanks!

Got it. Let me check into it for you (re PN's).

When did you order?

I ordered Friday morning and I don't have a tracking number yet.

DirtRoad:
We have been allocating stock based on order date and shipping orders complete. For example, if you ordered 3 things, 2 of which were in stock, we would put the 2 in a bin with your order info and ship it once stock arrives on the last item.

If a newer order came in that could ship immediately, then we would obviously pull stock from shelves (but not your oder) to get that one out,

Let me know your order number via PM and I will check what we are waiting on with your order.

I just wanted to say that I haven't received my order yet, but I got wonderful customer service from Trident (via email) saying my order was received and that I'd be expecting a tracking number soon. As all of you guys probably know, getting that kind of service today and from an online company is a rarity today.

Props to Trident and I look forward to receiving my order and doing future business!

Yes, the email follow-ups after my order was placed and when it shipped felt like GREAT customer service to me......and then Mike joins the forum to be involved in the discussion and is very responsive to questions

I have Trident in my Tools bookmarks folder now.
