Received shipping confirmation and tracking info on my order today. I should note this was after a polite email the other day informing me of basically the supply and demand issues incurred on the other end...lol

Glad to see sales went well and I also don't mind waiting a bit when kept informed or in loop. It makes all the difference in the world to me.
Kind of like people that owe you money, I'd rather hear them tell me they don't have it than for them to duck me and my calls...lol

Hey guys at Trident, I just wanted to let you know that I got my 120XPs today! I also appreciated the little freebie! I'll certainly consider you guys first next time I need some new toys!

The only thing I wanted to mention is that I never ended up getting a tracking number for my package, so it actually made it a pleasant surprise when I saw the box show up at my door!

Thanks again guys! Like I mentioned before, it's a rarity to get such great customer service (especially from an online company) today! Poor Taylor had to hand sign all those slips...make sure that you guys treat Taylor right!

While I am stricken from tool money at the moment, I do want to acknowledge how you guys at Trident are going above and beyond. The next best thing to a USA manufacturer is a USA distributor that pays attention to customer service. Seeing as you guys appear to be brand new, I think you are doing a great job establishing a customer base by being on Garage Journal. My only advise is to keep it up and pay attention to the small things (that's what the guys' here care about).:thumbup:

Man, thank you for the kind words. We truly appreciate it. We strive for incredible customer service. While we may not always be able to beat everyones price (but we try to be super competitive), we know that our customer service wins out, even if we are a few dollars higher.

I think you guys are talking about two different sets. Trident's price seems on base with other companies.

Amazon, for instance sells the set for $200

You will LOVE that set. It's awesome. I use the swivels more than any of the straight sockets.

Hi Lifted4,
That item is expected to be in our warehouse on Sept 9. This is one of the three items that have such a long lead time. I don't think we or GearWrench were prepared for the love this product got. We hope it to be in sooner as most products are when they are back ordered. We will try and keep everyone as updated as possible!
