I am a small General Contracotr in Northern New Jersey. Business is as usual and trying to stay atop of the faltering ecconemy. Work hard and when a company like Ridgid gives you the run-A-round it takes your faith out of that company you have trusted in that you have purchase alot of tools from. I have contacted Ridgid 12 times in my concern for my replacement batteries li 24 volt. I have ben transfurred almost each time or disconected to na advail. Then they tell me I am not registered of which I am. I asked to be connected to the Mgr. of customer service and was flat out told no. They keep connecting me to a excuse maker in the warentee dept. I am discusted with Ridgid cordless tools and more-so with the company. Consumer/Traidsman : Beware.
