Bottom is a kennedy (as seen PRINTED on the box) or maybe they think the Kennedy family autographed it for them
Top is a Waterloo / Craftsman

O no, it is not a snap on box.

That would be like me trying to sell a car that is blue and calling it red. If there weren't any badges or markings on the boxes that I could live with. But the fact they are blatantly labeled with their correct manufacture; the seller is just ignorant and trying to capitalize off the Snap on name.

O no, nothing against you at all. I just get frustrated / amazed at the blatant ignorance (lies) of some people, in this case the seller of said boxes.

BTW, is that your Corvette in the pics?

Don't get rid of it! You'll only regret it. Nice looking car. I have a 96 LT4.
Thanks. nah, i'm not that attached to it. I've had it for probably 20 years, and never drive it. I'm not your typical Vette owner-to me it's just another car. I'll take the money and put it towards another rental house. Guy asked me to price it at a local cruise-in two years ago, but i promised both daughters i wouldn't sell it till they got married (they both wanted wedding pictures with it). Both are married now and have absolutely no interest in owning the car. I might miss having it, but i never drive it any more. Don't get me wrong, whoever buys it will pay top dollar for it, it's that kind of car, but i likely won't own another one. Wife and i want to travel now that we are empty nesters.

What are the specs on it? Do you have an ongoing thread of pictures that we can drool over? :bounce:

I really don't have a photo album of it, if i did i'd be glad to post it.

It's not a really high dollar car, it's just a small block, 1965 coupe.

all matching numbers, 327/300 horsepower, factory air, four speed with knockoff wheels. Not a lot of options, but the a/c option was pretty rare in 65. I think i'm the third owner. The older guy in Tennessee i bought it from said he'd had it for 20+ years, had a garage full of nice toys and just lost interest in it.

thanks for asking!

How do you lose interest in a 1965 Corvette? Blows my mind.

No kidding my moms office manager bought his red 1965 corvette convertible used in 1969 and still loves the car and drives it when ever the weather permits it even still has the original paint job with no chips.

Especially with you helping him sell it!

Since i'm not a snap-on junky, i didn't know it wasn't snap-on by looking at the pics. For all i knew it was a snap-on, and i thought someone here might possibly be interested in it. I only own one snap-on tool, a pick i found in a parking lot, so take your accusations elsewhere. I wasn't trying to help sell it, pal. Takes all kinds.:eyecrazy:

Some snap-on owners have high egos and need to ****-on people to make them feel better.
