Had my 10 year old garage apron lifted where it meets the garage floor. No more bumping up over that ridge....

Mine had dropped as much as 8 inches in front of the garage door, I had it done about 3 years ago and it hasn't moved a bit since then.

But I had to fix the problem behind the problem too - chipmunks! They had tunneled under the drive and the voids they made allowed water to erode the dirt from under the slab.

Once I got rid of them, and mudjacked the driveway back up, end of problem.

I'm pulling out the cork board and filling with sand and topping with SL-1 Polyurathne this long weekend. This work came with a 4 year warrenty.

nice...we need to have the porch at the side of our house done as it is sloping towards the house.

Mind if I ask what it cost?
