Picked up a pair of these on ebay, and they showed up new and in perfect shape. Not my auction, just thought it seemed like a good deal. Needle nose Talon Grip that are meant for "pin gripping", but I think they will be super useful for only $22 shipped. 5 Left as of posting this.

Bought 1 pair. 1 pliers closer to owning them all (from Snapon). I really like the Talon grip on the other pliers I have.

I bought a pair last night, guy had five sold when I bought mine, now there is 44 sold. Over 800 bucks in sales in less than 12 hours is pretty good for most ebayers.

I think this is really fishy, IDK why. It reminds me of the Snap On ratchet hot buy that everyone got burned on.

Either way, I have been wanting a nice long pair of needle nose and this is a great deal so I am going to go against my intuition and pick some up.

FYI, I just checked my tracking number and it shows as delivered; should be there when I get home. I ordered it yesterday, so I guess that's pretty good service... :beer:

I also think (thought) this is fishy. However, I received mine in the mail today. The pliers seem to be just fine. One thing I noticed is that the marking is etched, not stamped or engraved. Maybe that is how Snap On is doing it on this tool.

Does anybody have a known "real" SO set obtained from the truck who can confirm the etched markings?

I got mine in today as well, never had Snap-On pliers. Grep is grippy and little squishy but seems like it will provide a good grip if needed.

I got the same message from Ebay. My tracking number says my plier will be here tomorrow.
