Totally forgot to grab a pic but its a 40" model, top and bottom with 4 full length drawers up top and 6 full length for the bottom. $298+ tax w/o coupon. Not quite on part with HF but for a weekend warrior such as myself its seemed like a very nice box. I've been wanting full length drawers for a top box for all my wrenches. So thus may very well replace my 26" craftsman stack that's beside my 44" HF/Masterhand.combo and have to 40"~ stacks. Any one have these? Imo opinion this box set up is 2x the box the 56" 9 drawer was. (Not that's saying a lot. But hell for $321 otd I'm snagging one when I can. Perfect for my needs. Remember, $321 is for 10 drawers top and bottom boxes.

LOOKS nice in the pictures. :headscrat I have not personally fondled one yet  as lowes is my typical choice for standard hardware items. Maybe I will have to swing by HD and see how they feel.

I bet if they sold just the bottom for ~$150-$175, possibly $200 OTD they would sell alot of them. I personally like a mix of small and long drawers in a top box. And if not small drawers, at least dividers in the long drawers. Do those boxes have dividers in any of the drawers?

No. They're aren't any dividers. I don't think they sell them seperatly. If so they'd probably be $250lol.

Low cost storage for lightweight use.. I could see loading that set with electrical test equipment, soldering guns, nut drivers, oil pressure gauge kit in it's blow molded case, electrical supplies such as bulbs, wire...and such..... but I would not care to load that lightweight box with heavy tools... Those are big drawers with slides rated for only 50pounds!! I know of one fellow with a clone to that box combo... Under ""normal"" use, the slides are junk, the drawer locks are worthless and do not secure the drawers.. The drawers did manage to open by themselves once, when he was attempting to move the box...Uneven floor, tall box only 18" deep, **** locks == one unhappy owner pinned between a pickup and a tipping tool box.... Five miles out of town, so he was lucky there was another guy nearby that heard him yelling for help..... Not the first toolbox I have seen tipped because of pos locks... You get what you pay for ,,..

But thanks for the heads up,, because I am serious about using that combo for an electrical test unit,, HD in Bemidji, Mn will be open early in the morning... I like new boxes, and I can make my own latches for this one..

For the heavy use I have KRA units that can handle the weight I put in them..and, they Do Lock...

Yeah my 5 drawer hf cart has a total weight capacity of 700 lbs but that 40" top and bottom box only have a 550 lb total capacity. It is a nice box just be aware of its limitations.
