Not a garage sale/swapmeet find, but a early Benjamin 137 airpistol I got of Gunbroker. $16 nor including the air pistol.

that's a nice Benjamin, with the wood pump handle, it looks to be somewhat vintage. Is the receiver metal or plastic?

Sweet pistol. Does it work as is or need seals?
It should be all metal. 0.177 cal, pump, bolt "action". Pretty similar to their modern pistols. I don't remember when they were made exactly, I think starting in the late 40's til late 70's, but don't quote me on that. They are a nice heavy piece of air pistol history.
Still waiting on your video of you wielding your 600's.![]()
Yes ,The Original Leatherman.Ha Ha
The Leather Case Is Very Fragile.
I Need To find A Way To Preserve It
So It Doesn't Rip
Here's my score from last Saturday. . .
I cleaned the extensions and the Plomb 3/8" breaker by spinning them in an adapter in my drill with finer and finer wet/dry sandpaper and then steel wool with lots of WD40. The Plomb breaker has a 3/8" female square drive in the end so I could spin it too. The S/O ratchet was in good shape, minor degunking only. The Plomb ratchet took a molasses soak, a short vinegar soak, then atf. The mechanism was good but the handle and head were a little rusty and gunked up. I think the vinegar darkened it some but that doesn't look bad.

It is still waiting to get off my but and remember to call the guy back on the parts I need for it. I keep remembering when it's too dang late...
Outlaw, the frame is brass, and the grips wood. It had just been resealed, and only needs a rear sight adjustment screw. This one had no serial #, so before '52 I think.
a seal kit and one part for a pump 1377
What are the specs on yours? Both of mine I got real cheap cause I wanted to mod them. One has been converted to .22 (1322 equivalent) and puts out ~800fps with a 15gr pellet on ~14 pumps.
Soda cans don't stand a chance.

Especially when you start adding in FFL's and what not.Nice, I got one or two of them around here as well. What are the specs on yours? Both of mine I got real cheap cause I wanted to mod them. One has been converted to .22 (1322 equivalent) and puts out ~800fps with a 15gr pellet on ~14 pumps.

Although I really like the 600 and would love to own one; I would have to convert it to bulk feed. Those little co2 cartridges are just to expensive and a pain for back yard plinking. IMHO. Hence my preference to the pump pistols, but I still think it would be fun to have a semiauto pellet pistol.
I really need to get back into air power. Especially since the semi recent ammo scare. I use to be pretty heavy into custom air guns. Who did you order your seals through? Are you on the crossman forums? There are some folks on there with some really nicly decked out 600's and 13xx's.
We should start a air gun thread.
Sweet, mind if I ask what it set you back? I have heard of people getting deals on GB, but never seen it in person.![]()

And no, I'm not on the airgun forums... (Like I need another place to burn time on the internt! )

zkling, I spent a bit of coin, $80.
zkling, I though it was about right myself, especially after pricing new ones.
Let's see a closeup of that pipe wrench!

After seeing what some of you guys are able to find, the yard sales around here **** ***! Its all just old baby clothes, B.S. little knick knacks, and old 80's and 90's crappy electronics. Good tool sales are very few and far between. Its starting to burn me out of even going to garage sales.
