I don't like the varied colors either, I have some orange drivers and an orange 1/4" ratchet , everything else I have is black, I need to get rid of the orange and get more black.
Those Snap-on handles don't exist anymore for warranty replacement, Be careful not to break them. They will give you a crappy soft grip if they break.

They never warranted the handles anyway.
I mean if you break the "work" end of it, they stopped making those handles, too my previous disappointment, I don't care anymore. Now if only I could get Cornwell to put their traditional hard plastic handles back on their screwdrivers, I don't like the "sand paper" stuff on the Cornwell Witte handles, makes them hard to clean!!

All the Matco/Witte screwdrivers I see; always look terribly dirty! Aside from that issue the techs I talk to seem to like them..
They are durable, but the handles are hard to clean. They get dirty and the lint from the rag sticks on them if you wipe them off. The only way to clean them is WD40 and a plastic bristle brush, then wipe clean with t-shirt material, not a red rag.

A woman dealer, that might make a good girlfriend to a technician. If she isn't butch & ugly. Imagine your gifts!!!!! She could hide some SO tools on her "person" for you to find.

she's probably 55-60, I'll pass.
I did have a gf handcuff herself to the bed with 4 handcuffs and hide the key on her "person" while I was in the shower once.

I have a different take on handles. I like lots of different colours and shapes in different sizes of screwdriver. I can't resist buying a new/old one in a car boot sale.

Seriously, I thought I saw a little wear or rust or something on one of those MAC phillips screwdrivers.... might want to check it out.

The red handles on the right look like I would expect; dirty handles, clean shafts. But what's the deal with the green S-O's? The handles look new, but what's all the crud on the shafts?

Heres my screwdriver drawer. I have more variety than this but that would entail going to various tool boxes and pulling out the screw drivers.

Speed... as much as I hate to say it.. those "classic" style craftsman screwdrivers are pretty decent.
I just got some Facom screwdrivers. They're really strange looking, but they feel great. Now they're my favorite screwdrivers and yes, they're plenty colorful.
Believe it or not, they're still made in France!
I've also got some Wiha hard handles which are a nice lollypop red. The soft grip Wihas are a dull red (we won't say pink!).
All my other screwdrivers are black: Hazet and Schroeder.
