Well I grew up in the pipe trade, motor cycles a hobby.
Now that I'm retired, I want to keep learning new skills.
Sheet shaping metal is one, and this "junker" forming tool
is fine to start out with. No one has answered my question of metal forming 101.
Guess I'll go to the library.
Yes it's not cutting straight, think there's a hump in the blade, according to a straight edge, but adjusting the bolt out didn't seem to make a difference. Think that blade took "a set". Can it be straightened out with heat?
The fence is flimsy, so I clamped a strait edge *90 to the blade, I may have issues on the clearance of the blade also.
Thats why I like to find a set up/maintenance of a shear tutorial.
Thanks for any help
