Hi to Y'all, greetings from the sunny southeast of Ireland. I've been lurking here for a long time and have found it very interesting and informative.

My background was mainly as a Mechanic (Motorcycles, then cars, heavy trucks, back to classic car restoration) before retiring for health reasons.

I still do a little work from time to time as and when I feel up to it and can certainly relate to some posts re medical conditions!!! Currently trying to make some progress on an old Fiat Coupe and a Japaneese m/cycle but keep getting sidetracked. Delighted to discover that I'm not the only one addicted to tool collecting or having great difficulty in clearing out clutter in my garage.
Best Wishes,
Al.

Welcome.
We're having a wiskey discussion a couple of threads down, and not one of us cretins have mentioned Irish.

We may need some help....
Thanks for the welcome. Not that I drink myself you understand, but it's said Whisky, even Irish Whiskey can't hold a candle to traditional Irish Poitin (pronounced putt-cheen). I think it may be similar to 'Moonshine'. Regards, Al.
