Anyone see the new HF coupons?

I was wondering if we can stack the coupons ( get 20% off whole order ) with a 20% off single item? Here is a screenshot of the email I received today. I knwo it says it in the fine print, but I thought Id ask.. Ya never know. Ive seen some places say no stacking but its worked before. This would be my first time dealing with HF on this style coupon.

Unless I'm misunderstanding, these seem like a worse deal than the normal 20% off and 25% off coupons that you can find, since the normal coupons generally don't have a minimum purchase amount.

And no, I don't think you can use more than one coupon at once, unless you find a store or cashier who doesn't care.

It can't be used with other coupons, but it can be used for multiple items in one purchase. Usually HF coupons are for one item only. That's a good coupon if you get multiple items on one trip.

I got a 1 ton engine hoist this weekend, but it actually included the rule that it only one coupon could be applied to each SKU#. Still was a good deal at only $135 (if I recall correctly). The same unit was "on sale" at the store without the coupon for $184 - Makes me wonder how many they sell at this "on sale" price considering they must still be making money at the lower price with the coupon.

BTW: The hoist boom extension would not slide into the boom without modification. One of the welds had dripped into the tube and needed to be ground away to allow it to slide inside. For that price and the 5 minute fix I guess I can't really complain.

Good point.

If you just want to buy one item the normal coupons may be a better deal, depending on the cost of the item.

But if you're buying multiple things, then these coupons could be a better deal.

The regular coupon is off one item. This one is for the whole sale but must get to the $100 point.

It seems like I spend $100 every time I go in there without trying, so it would have been handy yesterday at $145 spent on supplies.

Yeah I need a 3.5-4t jack and 6ton jack stands..

I have to look up and see if the jack stands are worth buying.. aFter all my life is counting on them. I may just get some USA jackstands.

It depends completely on the composition of your order. If you're buying a single $100 item the 25% coupon is your best bet. If you're buying five $20 items the coupon above is better (unless you're willing to do 5 separate transactions with a 25% coupon for each, if they'll even let you).
