That is a nice box, I have one and used it for years as a "road" box. Mine looks like it has been through a war, but it has held up well. They come up on eBay once in a while, but it is not a common item.

My brother left me the same model box that you have there. I just can't decide how I want to outfit it. I might just make it my body tool box. That is a good first CL score.![]()
Nice, we have one here also, it came from my wife's side of the family.
Like Sam, ours is beat to snot, the handle is a piece of rope, but still works. The best part, it came with a bunch of Williams tools in it, along with some SK and a few Snap On.

Awesome box, would you happen to know them model number on it?
Very nice score! Is it USA made?

Beat to snot you say? I got this one at the flea market full to the gills with old USA made sockets some time back. The seems on the corners are busted open and every single part of it is bent but it still "works". Blue Point made a pretty stout box I will say that. I just don't have the heart to throw it out.Nice, we have one here also, it came from my wife's side of the family.

how heavily do you have yours loaded? the plastic handle is the only thing that worries me about the construction but that can obviously be replaced/upgraded.
wish mine had the extras included![]()

SC,
That looks similar, except ours is green. The only metric tools in it were a couple of Mercedes open end wrenches.
