Picked up a new toy today

Sold my Lincoln 135 plus MIG and bought a Miller Multimatic 200, I call it my everything machine, can do MIG, TIG, & Stick welding. Also bought the spool gun, just to round out the system.
I have a lot of learning to do.

Very nice setup. Do you have any arc time on it? What do you typically weld (process/material/industry)?

I wouldn't do that if I was you personally. The lack of AC tig on the multimatic really blows IMHO.

Zkling, haven't even powered it up yet, also have no experience with a TIG either, so a lot of learning to do. I'm just a hobbyist, race a car so always tinkering with something. A couple of projects, new welder cart, dolly/rack for scales, and a mobile rack for race tires.

So just quickly drew this up as a welding cart, might try and slant the top where the machine sits. Was thinking of mounting it sideways from the normal welding cart. Had problem with the last one where the hose would hit the tank, this way the hoses come out the side instead. If I mounted the machine the other way it would be pretty long. This way its almost square.
One tank for MIG and one tank for TIG & Aluminium. Will make some latch on the tank side, seen some nice ideas here for that.
Thoughts?

This is the machine that replaced the Miller passports. I checked this unit out not too long ago, its not a bad looking machine. The only thing I didn't like about it is the cheaper plastic case vs the Passport's rugged pelican case.

I would put the cylinders on the other side that way you can still open the welder to change spools, and change reg. MIG gun to spool gun easier without having to take the welder off to do so. Going the long way won't be bad at all ether then you will have more room to put and keep the accessory cases, TIG filler, MIG wire, extra tips, nozzles, etc.

R.Anderson, yes I was planning on having the one side accessable, good catch, I didn't notice when I drew it. I will probably go through a number of iterations. This way it's like 18ijch square. The long way I was figuring it would be 18x32. I have to keep browsing the great ideas people come up with on the site. I did like the one where they repurposed a 3 drawer cabinet as the base.
